Virus Qadafi

News About the death of the ruler of 42 years of tyranny Libiya into Trend and headlines in nearly all web sites around the world, featuring a variety of images and videos related to the seconds penagkapan and murder of Moammar Qadafi makes many people want to subscribe via RSS feeds so news update schedule is not overlooked by the customer news on a particular news site.

According to Sophos computer and internet protection software company, the rapid dissemination of news of execution Gaddafi has opened the door for hackers to blanket the Web with their own version of the event, along with surprises, hidden evil.

"Malicious Hackers have spammed out disguised as an image of death attack Gaddafi," said Sophos Senior Technology Consultant Graham Cluley. Because the images look like they come from the AFP news agency and seems to have been forwarded by a friend, many recipients feel comfortable in opening the email.

Email virus spam Named : Qadafi

As you can see from the picture provided by Sophos, a typical e-mail subject line read "FW: AFP Photo News: Bloody Photos:. The death of Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi," and the body has a brief statement of Gaddafi had been killed. Attached to the email, and the source of a problem for any PC user who opens the file, the file. Rar, usually named Photos_Gadhafi_Death.rar Bloody.
According to Cluley, any PC user who opens and "decompresses the file attached PC puts them at risk of infection." If you're afraid you've opened and decompressed like a file, you can search your PC for files Bloody Photos_Gadhafi_Death / Gadhafi rar.scr (note the difference in the name,)? then delete the file.

As usual, Sophos vigilance in reminding users "to be careful about the links they click, and be suspicious of unsolicited attachments." I am sure most of you have heard horror stories about a virus attached, so I do not think I need to say anymore on the subject.

Of course, there is nothing wrong with celebrating the passing of a brutal dictator. Make sure you are safe out there on the Interwebs.
